Due to COVID-19 the following facility procedures have been put into place:

• All Coaches and Players need to fill out the Sportsplex Wavier in order to participate in the league.  This is done.once for the entire season  Click here for the WAVIER. 

• All Coaches and Players MUST fill out our HEALTH SCREENING on the date of their indoor game.  The link will be made available at 7:00am on each of the game dates.
  

• To minimizing the amount of people inside the facility we are following this attendance policy:

• While it the facility please maintain social distance when possible (6-10 feet) 

• Masks are required for everyone including players while inside the facility. Mask is not required for players during competition.

• We ask that coaches and players not enter the building more than 5 minutes before their practice/game

• We ask that coaches and players leave the building no more than 5 minutes after the conclusion of their game/practice

• Each team must conduct temperature check before every event 

• There is no hand shaking or hugging inside the facility

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning the number of high-touch surfaces in public areas.

• Anyone that feels sick must stay home until they are symptom free.

• Hand sanitizer is available (based on market availability)

• We ask that parents waiting for pick up to wait in the lot by interstate 81  

• Everyone will be required to wear protective masks in order to enter the complex and throughout the Complex, except during vigorous exercise, eating and drinking
